General description
The parcour in Gomagoi starts at the fortress in Gomagoi and leads in 3,4km and about 2h walking time to the fishing lake in Stilfs. On the way there are 10 stations with instructions for various physical exercises.

The trail starts at the fortress of Gomagoi and runs along trail no.8b to the fishing pond in Stelvio.

From Stelvio along the Stelvio SS 38 road to Gomagoi.
Parking
To get to the starting point of the trail, the public parking lot behind the fortress in Gomagoi is the most suitable.
Public transport
If you don't want to go to Gomagoi by private car, you have the possibility to use the public transport. With the bus line 271, you can get from Prato/Spondigna to Gomagoi. The bus stop is located in the center of the village just after the Stelvio exit, from there it is about a 10 min. walk to the start of the trail.
